A hybrid workflow combining motion, design, and AI. For Uniezorg, we developed an explainer animation using AI without compromising on quality or detail. By first filming the scene, then designing custom styleframes and combining these with the original camera movements, we were able to accurately reconstruct the animation in a fully illustrated style.

This hybrid approach ensures that composition, timing, and visual details remain precise, while the overall look and feel stays fully aligned with Uniezorg’s brand identity. The result is a scalable, consistent animation where technology and storytelling seamlessly come together.
Technical process
We started by filming a live-action reference video to capture natural camera movement, timing and spatial composition. From this footage, we extracted key moments and developed custom styleframes that defined the final illustrated visual language. These styleframes were then used as visual anchors to guide the AI transformation process.
By combining the original motion data with the designed styleframes, we ensured that character positioning, camera perspective and scene continuity remained consistent throughout the animation. This workflow allowed us to maintain full creative control over visual quality while leveraging AI to accelerate production and preserve frame-to-frame coherence.
